Elliptical Training Tips Can Anyone Give Me Tips On Weight Loss And Weight Training For Women?

Can anyone give me tips on weight loss and weight training for women? - elliptical training tips

I've always considered "The Greatest Girl" and I'm ready for a known change in my life. I tried diets, which (with an elliptical orbit, until I could not see clearly and lift weights until I could not move, I'm sure it hurt). Nothing works.

What level are not really, but what I see in the mirror.

I know that I am a long way to go before I have to be my goal and I decided that my 1 year to the top you see a change. Otherwise, I have an appointment for a consultation with a plastic surgeon in the summer of 2010.

I need a comprehensive program that can be broken down into different days (eg: weapons - Monday, see Thursday) to. Someone please help.

All these answers are great! Lose a few pounds from hundreds are two very different things. The key word here is discipline! No pain, no gain ... or in this case the loss.
