In reality, prejudice, do not change and age, in the normal range for blood glucose. Visit my blog site and print the level of glucose in the blood of a graph. The figure on HbA1c results and daily finger prick tests. The figure covers the entire spectrum, and the United States and Canada were the actions.

Study the table and is located at 120 is located on the edge of normal. For bagels are very rich in carbohydrates.

Best Wishes.

2 hours after meals, is 120 at the top, but not completely awful. I would say to the limit. If they were interested in fasting levels. It is very important for women to (lose weight or a lot of weight) and blood sugar levels will not be a problem. 100 pounds overweight is not good for many-body systems, bones and joints. BTW, bagels are a product of bread. I looked at the carb and see how many carbohydrates (1 to 15 g carbohydrate carbohydrates is the same).

It should be between 80-120. Bagels are not the best breakfast, the excess carbohydrates. Where is your protein and fat in the diet? Are you trying to lose weight? If not, you should see the causes of health problems due to obesity, not only in diabetes
Too much weight on the joints wear out and wear that can be very painful.
